Coconut Mallory è una comunità privata sul lungomare che offre servizi del resort. Salta in una delle due piscine in loco per rinfrescarti dopo aver preso il sole a Smathers Beach, la più grande spiaggia pubblica di Key West a soli 2 miglia di distanza. C'è anche una vasca idromassaggio e un'area picnic con barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Questa unità è composta da due camere da letto e due bagni. Dispone inoltre di due posti auto fuori strada inclusi. *La vasca principale non deve essere utilizzata per la comunità, poiché in precedenza si sono verificate delle perdite in altre unità.
