Perfetto rifugio a Toowoomba, vicino a Rose Garden e Race Course. Dispone di 2 letti matrimoniali, doccia con vasca, splendida cucina con utensili da cucina forniti (più lavastoviglie), accogliente salotto e veranda, terrazza posteriore, parcheggio in loco e condizionatore d'aria a ciclo inverso. La casa si trova su una strada principale, dove passano auto e alcuni camion, e potrebbe essere soggetta al rumore del traffico. Tuttavia, i camion non sono così diffusi ora che è stato costruito il Toowoomba Bypass.

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly situated within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 minutes to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off it is like flats, I am in the other flat/unit/duplex. 2nd bedroom - 1D and 1S, 1 trundle, 1 KS. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used 1st bag of wood free
