Unser Haus ist im Stil einer traditionellen spanischen Villa auf einer Ebene mit großer überdachter Terrasse ideal zum relaxen oder Essen mit der Familie/Freunde. Von hier aus überblickt man den privaten nierenförmigen Pool. Die Villa hat einen umlaufenden Grasgarten und eine geräumige abschließbare Garage. Eine Mauer und Hecken bieten die nötige Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Wohnzimmer Couch, eine große und komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einer Theke sowie 2 Bäder. Somit bietet das Haus ausreichend Platz für maximal 5 Personen. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und mit Sat TV (deutschen Fernsehsendern), Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und Geschirr komfortabel ausgestattet. Die nächsten Flughäfen sind Alicante und Valencia (ca. 90 km entfernt). Busverbindungen stehen zur Verfügung. Für die eigene Mobilität empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Auto zu mieten.

En la planta superior tiene dos habitaciones completas y el baño principal. En la planta baja hay un aseo pequeño sin ducha.

La Casita de la Vieja Sirena está a pocos pasos de la playa, sin tener que cruzar ninguna calle. Recién reformada, cuenta AA, wifi por fibra, mini piscina, terraza, camas nuevas, la de matrimonio es king size. Es una zona de playa tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y demás servicios. La playa es de guijarros hasta el borde del mar, luego es arena. Muy cerca andando y en coche hay playas totalmente de arena.
