Offriamo un attraente alloggio con angolo cottura in un tranquillo e pittoresco villaggio rurale della Cumbria, nella valle di Lyvennet, al confine settentrionale del Parco Nazionale di Yorkshire Dales. Potrai godere dell'uso esclusivo di questa casa ben attrezzata per 5 ospiti (con divano letto matrimoniale a soppalco aggiuntivo, se necessario). Immersa nel suo splendido giardino con vista aperta sui campi, questa zona è meravigliosa per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta e con facile accesso al Lake District. I cieli bui sono una caratteristica degna di nota.

Situata nel grazioso villaggio di Portinscale, questa accogliente casa familiare indipendente offre tutto il necessario per godersi un soggiorno nel Lake District. Ci troviamo a 5 minuti a piedi da Derwent Water e dal Nicol End Marina, dove è possibile praticare kayak e attività acquatiche. Portinscale ha un pub che serve cibo e un bar. I nostri locali preferiti nelle vicinanze sono lo Swinside Inn e l'Ivy Restaurant a Braithwaite. Keswick dista solo 5 minuti in auto o 20 minuti a piedi per mangiare fuori, fare shopping e praticare sport all'aperto.

Il rifugio romantico perfetto, Swallows Rest, è un fienile del XVIII secolo riconvertito. Appartenente alla High Greenrigg House, un edificio storico del XVII secolo, offre tutti i comfort moderni pur mantenendo il carattere di un edificio storico. Il piano terra è composto da un soggiorno a pianta aperta, una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata. È presente un ripostiglio accessibile tramite una porta con un basso telaio in pietra. Al piano superiore c'è un soppalco con letto matrimoniale, balcone e lussuoso bagno con doccia.

It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
