Questa piccola baita immersa nei boschi della Georgia occidentale era un tempo la casa vacanze dei precedenti proprietari. La recente ristrutturazione ha messo in risalto le sue splendide risorse rinnovabili. Goditi una tazza di caffè o un bicchiere di vino seduto sul portico schermato, mentre osservi la fauna selvatica che gioca. I nostri amici dicono che sembra di essere in montagna. Siamo vicini a escursioni, gite in barca, parchi, degustazioni di birra e rum e altro ancora. Se vuoi staccare la spina, questo chalet è il posto giusto, semplice ma con tutti i comfort di casa.

Questo chalet si trova su 8 acri ed è circondato da terreni agricoli, dove sicuramente avvisterai un cervo o altri animali selvatici. Versa un bicchiere di vino e ammira il tramonto sul laghetto, poi riscaldati accanto al focolare, dove il cielo è aperto e puoi vedere le stelle per chilometri! Questo chalet è perfetto per coppie, per chi viaggia per lavoro e ha bisogno di un posto tranquillo dove lavorare, e per famiglie (con bambini).

Il Beasley Backwater Retreat si trova sul bellissimo lago Eufaula, tra le città storiche di Abbeville ed Eufaula. La casa, costruita come casa vacanze dai miei nonni nel 1963, è praticamente vintage, con alcuni comfort più moderni, come forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, HVAC, accesso a Internet e una Keurig. Situato in una zona tranquilla del lago, con un molo privato e vicini simpatici, è un luogo ideale per allontanarsi dalla città e creare bei ricordi: lo è stato sicuramente per noi! This peaceful and unique getaway is perfect for vacationers or hunters. Guests will have access to the whole house which is 1 BR 1 Bath with a sleeper sofa. The house is close to Providence Canyon, Florence Marina, Hanahatchee WMA, White Oak Pastures, and other fun attractions. The house is beautifully furnished with a complete kitchen, linens, towels and laundry room. An initial supply of coffee, tea, is included. We live next door and we are just a phone call away should you need anything.

This location is within walking distance to downtown, historical points of interest, The Yoholo Micro: The Creek Indian Trail (this 3.2 mile paved path is a converted rails-to-trails route that is popular for walking, running, and biking), restaurants, shopping, etc.

We are pet friendly, but please be aware that there is a $75 Pet Fee for the first pet, with an additional $25/pet after.
