Grande cottage sulla spiaggia con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, con un tocco moderno e contemporaneo. Concetto aperto per offrire una sensazione di spaziosità con tutti i servizi per sentirsi a casa. Questa unità è stata completamente sventrata e rifatta, quindi tutte le recensioni precedenti a maggio 2022 riguardavano l'unità più vecchia, prima della grande ristrutturazione. La municipalità di Newport Beach ha severe norme sul rumore, e feste e grandi raduni non sono consentiti in questa proprietà. Questo cottage si trova nel cuore di Dana Point, una bellissima e non frequentata comunità balneare! A 5 minuti a piedi ti troverai nel vicino centro città e nel nuovo centro storico dove puoi trovare ristoranti, discoteche e negozi. In fondo alla strada si trova il porto/porto turistico di Dana Point e la famosa Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! Il Cottage è un ottimo adatto agli animali domestici con cortili frontali e posteriori chiusi, un'ottima alternativa ai resort a prezzi eccessivi.
