In fondo alla strada si trova il porto/porto turistico di Dana Point e la famosa Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! Il Cottage è un ottimo adatto agli animali domestici con cortili frontali e posteriori chiusi, un'ottima alternativa ai resort a prezzi eccessivi.
