Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

Eagle Pines Cabin (Eagle Adventures LLC)

Relax w/us at our beautiful, comfortable, and private Eagle Pines Cabin. We are 12 miles from Holiday World. The Cabin has its own private hot tub and also includes a private fire pit and we supply the firewood. Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need. Hosts are on site, but out of sight. Our other rentals are Eagles Nest (3BR option) and Eagles Nest Plus (4BR option). Starting with the 2026 season check out will be at 10 am ON SUNDAYS ONLY, 11AM all other days.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy 2 bedroom cabin sits on stilts and boasts a 3 story deck with a hot tub. The cabin is nestled on 3 acres surrounded by towering black walnut trees and a creek you can fish and swim in. There are lots of outdoors opportunities nearby. Welcome to The Cabin at Calico Springs, located on 150 acres with nine natural springs, a stream that runs year round, hiking trails, and beautiful forests. This cozy cabin features a great room with living, dining, and kitchen space. There is a private bathroom. The loft has a queen, a bunk bed (2 twins) and a twin. The downstairs has a wrap around porch with room for dining, swinging, and relaxing.

This small cabin has been reconstructed after being transferred to this location by the owner and his son.
