Kerry on the Dingle Peninsula, mid ways between Dingle and Killarney on the Wild Atlantic Way, ideally located for touring the Ring of Kerry. Its only 10 mins drive from Inch Beach, which has 5kms of golden sand and Restaurants. Only 15 mins from Tralee. We are also on the popular looped walking trail, "the Uphill Downhill Loop Walk" Only a 2 min drive to the local Boolteens Village that has 2 pubs a restaurant & a church.

It's on a quiet country road 3 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach and 25 minute’s walk to Castlegregory village, located on the Wild Atlantic Way and Kerry Way walking route. We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

The Cottage at Coole Farm is located on a Dairy Farm on the Dingle way over looking Caherconree to the south of the Cottage. It an ideal rest for walkers or even for people who wish to holiday in the Camp area of west kerry. The Cottage is homely with a taste of old mixed with the new. The Cottage has two bed rooms en-suite and a spacious kitchen and living area. The Cottage is located only 2km from the village of Camp where there is many pubs, Restaurants, a shop with fuel pumps.

The cottage is heated by a modern, eco friendly air to water system that has underfloor heating and constant hot water. This makes it ideal for visitors at any time of the year. 9 minutes walk to Tralee town centre. 35 minutes drive to Killarney. 45 minutes drive to Dingle.

Downstairs has a spacious kitchen and living room with a wood burning stove, TV and WIFI, also Toilet/shower room. Its a separate unit behind our home with plenty privacy. Guests have a private outdoor seating area with access to big lawn.
