Garden Level Oasis near MSU

Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

This Lansing home has been fully remodeled while holding its vintage charm in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. It is close to all that Lansing has to offer, 2 miles to the edge of MSU campus and 1 mile to downtown Lansing. 1st floor feels open and cozy with a pull-out sofa and large TV, open concept sitting room near the kitchen, full bathrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor, queen bedroom on main floor, 2 more bedrooms upstairs w/ King and Full beds. And a nice front porch to relax.

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Quiet East Lansing Duplex near MSU, Apt 1

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. Designed with families in mind, this completely updated home includes 4 large bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a basement playroom and an outdoor swing set. One of the bedrooms includes a queen bed on the floor and a twin size bed; this is generally our kids’ room.
