The Wee Studio - North Berwick

The Wee Studio is a pretty cottage set within the walled garden of our home which is less than 10-minutes walking distance from North Berwick's beautiful beaches, vibrant High St and train station (Edinburgh 33min). The Wee Studio is light, airy and all on one level. It is comprised of a studio bedroom/living room, separate bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Wee Studio is in a quiet and private location with off-street parking and its own patio area - you are welcome to share our garden.

Wee Windy sits within the grounds of our family home. It is an ideal retreat for couples but sleeps up to 4 people. It is situated just 10 minutes walk from North Berwick train station, 15 minutes from the high street and beach, and is a 35 minute train journey from Edinburgh's city centre. My place is close to Yellowcraig Beach (one of the best beaches in Scotland), between Gullane and North Berwick. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, rural location, the comfy beds, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. Pet fees are not included in the price you will have already paid.

Golf Cottage is a lovely self contained two bedroom cottage situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Gullane on Scotlands golf coast. Ideally located, the golf courses, stunning beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Gullane has a regular bus service to the nearby town of North Berwick and to the centre of Edinburgh if you wish to explore further afield. There are many walks from the door including the John Muir Way.

Lammerview Apartment is in the centre of Gullane.

Located in a beautiful village, this apartment is close to the beach and surrounded by golf courses. There are fabulous eating places and cafe’s with so much choice for all palates. In addition there is a regular bus service to Edinburgh which is steeped in history. The apartment is bright, spacious and homely, with comfortable furnishings and everything a family would need. It has been described as ‘home from home’.

High Tide

Large spacious apartment located close to the beach in North Berwick. Freshly decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. We have listened to our guests comments during our first year of trading and for the 2019 season we have double glazed the windows that look on to the High St. Since the work was carried out we have had no guest comments regarding noise from the High St.
