Welcome to the Sunset Mountain Log Cabin Retreat! Our cabin is a beautiful, quiet getaway in the forested mountains just outside of Divide, CO. The cabin is decorated with rustic mountain cabin decor and has been completely updated and remodeled. Perfect for a couple's getaway. If you rent the upper unit we do not have anyone in the lower unit but the whole house is available for use with family or friends to share the entire cabin! While staying at Red Door Cabins you will enjoy breathtaking views, amazing rock formations, beautiful pine and aspen trees, a firepit, silence and stars. Have fun finding pieces of petrified wood, geodes, wild berries, and mushrooms on the property and surrounding area. You will get visited by deer, squirrels, maybe a family of foxes and occasionally local black bear or two. So, don’t forget your camera! THERE ARE TWO CABINS ON THE PROPERTY SO YOU MAY HAVE NEIGHBORS DURING YOUR STAY .

This cozy mountain hideaway is all within an hours drive or less to Pikes Peak, hiking, fishing, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ATV and snowmobile trails, Manitou Springs, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, wine tasting and more. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the wildlife or stars. Games and books available in the cabin or snuggle by the fireplace and watch movies on the large flat screen smart television.
