Goditi oltre tre chilometri di sentieri panoramici calcarei attraverso la foresta di amache di legno duro, perfetti per gli amanti della natura e le famiglie. Nella proprietà troverai un campo da basket ricreativo, un'area per il falò, un ampio terrazzo all'aperto, una griglia per il barbecue e un tavolo da picnic per serate all'insegna del divertenti sotto le stelle. Peña's Sunshine Hideaway

Questo incantevole cottage si trova vicino a ristoranti, al molo pubblico, al fiume Steinhatchee, alla baia di Deadman e a molto altro ancora. Con 3 camere da letto, 2,5 bagni e spazio per 8 ospiti, è il rifugio perfetto per familiari e amici. C'è un garage indipendente con tavolo da biliardo e cucina estiva schermata. Questa casa di 1500 San Francisco è il modo perfetto per staccare dalla corsa al topo urbano senza doverla "sgomberare". La camera da letto principale e il soggiorno offrono TV LCD a grande schermo, mentre le due camere da letto aggiuntive sono dotate di TV LCD da 32". Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono fuori dalla cucina. Un enorme ponte posteriore e entrambi i moli fissi e galleggianti offrono la possibilità di guardare il sole sorgere sul fiume, saltare gli storioni e sguazzare il lamantino. Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. This is a stylish place to stay and is perfect for group trips with accommodations for 6 guests. The 2 bedroom(1 with queen bunkbeds) 1 bath house has all the amenities your heart desires while making you feel at home. This property is also 5-10 min away from the nearest boat ramp with a private dock to hold any watercrafts plus all the amenities you would need.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
