Questo grazioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova proprio sul lago Donner, a 6 km da SugarBowl e appena fuori dall'uscita 180 dell'interstatale 80. In inverno, questo è un ottimo accesso alla città, a tutte le aree sciistiche e al Donner Memorial State Park. In estate, si trova sul lago, di fronte alla rampa per le barche, e offre accesso a una spiaggia privata che dista 5-10 minuti a piedi.
