This spacious house, with large living & dining area, as well 3 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, is great for families & groups alike. A bright, open-plan living area and three well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms make this an excellent choice for groups of friends or a base for a multi-generational family holiday. A 15-minute downhill walk takes you to the main street, the beaches, and the Jurassic coastline. Borrow our beach hut, buckets, crab lines and fossil hunting kit to benefit from our local knowledge :)

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

You are welcome to stay in my home in the weeks of school holidays or at weekends (Friday and Saturday nights). If you are looking for a weekend break or visiting relatives but can’t necessarily stay with them, my home might be a good substitute for the weekend. with the added bonus that it is only 15 minutes on foot from the golden sands of Southbourne beaches! It’s only a 5 minutes walk to popular Southbourne high street, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops.

The Cornish Studio is the perfect retreat for beach living with far stretching sea views from every window and located right on the beach in West Bay in the heart of the Jurassic Coast. You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.
