La casa sull'albero è stata giustamente chiamata Osprey Treehouse per via dei numerosi falchi pescatori che hanno trascorso l'estate librandosi in aria e osservandoci mentre costruivamo questo edificio ottagonale di 6 metri intorno a un unico grande abete di Douglas di 1 metro. Le finestre di grandi dimensioni e la porta scorrevole regalano la sensazione di trovarsi in alto tra gli alberi. Può ospitare 2 adulti. Per motivi di sicurezza, non sono ammessi animali domestici o bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni. L'ingresso è in piano e il parcheggio è vicino. Le spese di pulizia sono di 50 $ e le tasse applicabili sono già incluse nella fattura.

La casa si trova su poco meno di due ettari con una splendida foresta, un enorme prato e un focolare, un'altalena, una vasca idromassaggio, un campo da golf per frisbee a 10 buche e tutta la privacy che si possa desiderare, a soli 45 minuti da Portland. La casa dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. È il luogo perfetto per un weekend tranquillo in una posizione bellissima.
