Un ex cottage di un mugnaio costruito intorno al 1800 sul fiume Derwent e con vista su boschi e colline. In una scena di strada di cottage elencati che offrono una zona tranquilla con un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Splendidamente restaurata nel 2023, con una camera doppia e una doppia con letti separati, bagno completo, sala da pranzo e salotto con stufa a legna. La Torre è la perfetta fuga romantica di lusso per le coppie che vogliono allontanarsi da tutto in un luogo appartato e desiderano qualcosa di diverso. La Torre è stata recentemente convertita per essere utilizzata come casa vacanze, che in precedenza era un edificio ausiliario inutilizzato adiacente a The Water Works, un vecchio impianto di trattamento delle acque vicino a Bolsover, convertito per uso domestico nel 2002 e presente nel programma di Channel 4 Grand Designs.
