Belle Monte è una splendida casa a 2 piani luminosa su un promontorio che si affaccia su Middle Creek, vicino al fiume Whale Branch a Beaufort, in Carolina del Sud. Ammira splendide albe e ammira i delfini dalla terrazza al piano superiore o dal portico soleggiato. Splendida vista sull'acqua dalla maggior parte della casa. Nuovo molo illuminato in acque profonde, quindi porta la barca! Goditi il nuoto (scala inclusa), il kayak o il paddle boarding. Ottima zona per la pesca e il granchio. Cucina ben attrezzata, caminetto, griglia a gas, portico schermato, tavolo da gioco e altro ancora!

A soli 5 minuti dalla I-95! Quartiere tranquillo a Palm Key con un'atmosfera familiare. Rilassati e goditi questa casa rinnovata. Letti king size con materassi in memory foam in entrambe le camere da letto con letto regolabile al piano principale. Entrambe le camere da letto sono grandi e dispongono di bagno privato. Grandi TV a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Wifi ed elettrodomestici nuovi, divano letto, portico posteriore con griglia. Vicino a Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head e Parris Island. Ottimo posto dove stare per le lauree dell'USMC Bootcamp!

Siamo a meno di 1,6 km dalla I-95, nella Low Country della Carolina del Sud. La nostra fattoria di 62 acri è immersa nel "mezzo del nulla, ma vicino a ogni luogo". Ci troviamo vicino a Beaufort, Charleston e Savannah! La nostra minicasa, che una volta era il nostro fienile, offre splendidi panorami dal fienile rosso, querce vive ricoperte di muschio, noci pecan, cavalli, capre, asini al pascolo e altro ancora. Abbiamo un nuovissimo bagno con vasca completa. Anche lavatrice e asciugatrice!

It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.
