This is a chic beach which was carefully designed to make your summer or any season vacation special. Our house is a pretty shingled home sitting on a lovely landscaped half acre. The house offers an open layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor shower after a long day outdoors! The house is approximately a 7 minute ride to the center of town and approximately 20 minutes to Montauk. **July and August are 2 week minimum stays.

We welcome you to our family home, up to 5 guests, pets are welcome with additional pet fee. Nice new pool and surrounding deck with outdoor sitting area, chairs, umbrella, and charcoal grill. 1 gbps internet for movies streaming on disney plus, prime video, or for your work. 5-8 minutes to town and the beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants and great local shopping. We don't allow other guests on property that is not mentioned in advance. No gatherings and no parties. Thank You.

Great Location! The center of East Hampton village is only 1 mile from the house where you can enjoy fabulous restaurants, wonderful shopping, or a relaxing night at the movies. Enjoy a terrific day at the ocean or evening walk on the beach - Main Beach is only 1 mile from the house-just a short walk or bike ride! If you prefer spending time at home, then relaxing by the pool and enjoying the manicured yard is the perfect way to spend the day! (The pool closes in Mid October)
