La nostra casa è molto amata ed è un ottimo posto per trascorrere del tempo di qualità in famiglia. È vicino all'aeroporto di Salisbury (SBY), alla Salisbury University (SU), al Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) e a breve distanza in auto dall'University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), dalle spiagge di Ocean City MD, dall'isola di Asseteauge, dal Maryland e da alcune spiagge del Delaware. Il Winterplace Equestrian Park si trova a meno di 7 km e il Pemberton Historical Park si trova proprio dall'altra parte della città. Il prezzo include il parcheggio nel garage per 2 auto di grandi dimensioni.

Non hai mai visto un lungomare come questo. Benvenuti a Edgewater Escape, un lussuoso loft sul lungomare che si affaccia interamente sulla baia sulla 7th street nel centro di Ocean City. Siediti sul portico anteriore della baia o rilassati all'interno e osserva barche, delfini, uccelli e, a volte, anche le foche, nuotano a pochi metri dal portico. Il soppalco ha un ampio letto king size e il divano al piano di sotto si apre in un comodo letto queen size.
