Il soggiorno si apre sulla cucina e dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale e di 2 poltrone reclinabili. Si trova vicino all'area comune con posti barca e zona piscina. Il portico dispone di tavolo e sedie per mangiare, TV e splendida vista sul lago. Auburn dista solo 45 minuti.

The home (especially the screened porch) sits in the Tree Tops, so Tree Tops it became. It offers stunning water front views. It is very private, no homes across the water, just trees! Two Living Rooms, large dock, patio, and a screened porch offer great space for families! Not to mention the renovated spa-like bathrooms and brand new luxurious 18" thick mattresses!

We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.
