Vieni a soggiornare nel nostro accogliente cottage situato lungo una strada di campagna. Parte della fattoria Ponder risalente al 1906, abbiamo una piccola casa che offre un ambiente tranquillo con vista sulla fattoria di famiglia con un pittoresco vecchio fienile, circondato da campi alberati. Goditi la casa ristrutturata con cucina completamente attrezzata, letto matrimoniale e portici anteriori e posteriori aperti per rilassarti nella tranquilla campagna. Ci troviamo a sud di Sherman, fuori dall'autostrada 11, vicino all'Austin College, con facile accesso all'autostrada 75.

Vuoi sfuggire alla frenesia della vita cittadina? Goditi il tranquillo ranch di 16 acri della nostra famiglia. Questa proprietà unica offre colline ondulate, canyon, praterie e splendidi ruscelli e fiumi che la attraversano. La nostra casa sull'albero si trova sopra il letto del torrente e offre un panorama mozzafiato. Rilassati ascoltando il cinguettio degli uccelli, il fruscio del vento tra gli alberi e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre lungo il letto del fiume. L'intera struttura è a tua disposizione per l'uso privato, da esplorare e goderti durante il soggiorno.
