La minicasa "Eagle Nest" si trova su un grande terreno con alberi enormi e molta privacy. A soli 10 minuti circa dal quartiere degli intrattenimenti di Arlington. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park e Texas Live. Il centro di Fort Worth è a breve distanza in auto. L'Eagle Nest dispone di doccia, servizi igienici, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, Wi-Fi e Smart TV via cavo. Il loft ha un letto singolo, mentre il divano si trasforma in un letto completo.
