This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. Telstra & Optus get good reception but may depend on your phone's antenna quality. 90 mins south of Adelaide GPO 5 mins to Deep Creek Conservation Park + 10 mins 4WD drive to Blowhole Beach Experience the scenic walk (or the 4wd road) to the surf and popular fishing spot at Blowhole Beach. 10 mins from Cape Jervis and Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Puoi esplorare un giorno, andare a pescare il giorno dopo e il giorno dopo ancora, sederti e rilassarti con la tua bevanda preferita e goderti la vista ininterrotta, le navi e i tramonti. Potresti persino avvistare una balena di passaggio!

Situato a sole 2 ore e mezza di auto da Adelaide. Sand 'n Sea si trova in posizione arretrata rispetto all'Esplanade, in un ambiente naturale più tranquillo. La casa è completamente indipendente e si trova in un blocco recintato di 2.000 metri quadrati, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dove è possibile nuotare, fare snorkeling, pescare e cercare fossili. Le caratteristiche includono 3 camere da letto, ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo a pianta aperta, cucina ben attrezzata, aria condizionata a condotto, 2 TV e lettori DVD, zona barbecue ombreggiata, terrazza coperta e ampio parcheggio per barche.

Il nostro appartamento completamente indipendente si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi passi dal molo, dalla nuova rampa per le barche e dalla famosa Long White Beach. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra della nostra casa a due piani di nuova costruzione. Hai accesso privato senza scale o gradini, parcheggio davanti alla porta, un vialetto e un ingresso ben illuminati, parcheggio privato per le barche, wifi gratuito e aria condizionata a ciclo inverso. L'area esterna privata e il salotto si affacciano sul nostro ampio giardino con barbecue.
