Garage per riporre tutte le attrezzature durante il soggiorno. Lavatrice/Asciugatrice, a pochi minuti dal varo della barca e dal parco pubblico. A 10-15 minuti da Port Lavaca. Questo è il sogno di un pescatore, di un amante del birdwatching e dell'oceano che si avvera. Il piccolo chalet sul lungomare si trova su un punto elevato che si affaccia sulla bellissima baia di Matagorda e dispone di un molo privato e illuminato. Pesci rossi, trote maculate, corvine, granchi e altri pesci di acqua salata sono abbondanti intorno al molo. Delfini, uccelli e altre creature marine sono ovunque. Le navi oceaniche navigano nel canale delle navi. Aria salmastra, brezze oceaniche, onde dolci e notti stellate sono il massimo per alleviare lo stress.

La cucina completamente attrezzata, l'ampio bagno, la sala giochi per bambini, il tavolo da gioco e da puzzle e l'ampio vialetto aggiungono praticità. Per dormire ci sono un letto matrimoniale, due letti a una piazza e mezza, due letti singoli, un futon e un comodo divano. Non vediamo l'ora di ospitarvi.
