This property is a ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast and countryside, with picturesque villages and outstanding coastline it makes it one of the top places to holiday in the UK.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Pink stylish fisherman’s cottage

A small but cozy cottage. It has everything you need for a few days or a weeks break! Located only 30 seconds walk from the harbour its ideal location. It’s nice and comfortable with old wooden beams giving the whole place that old cottage feel! Please note as like all the Brixham cottages they have a very steep staircase, so please bear in mind when booking. Unfortunately there is no parking for this cottage. The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

"The Cottage" - A full renovation took place July 2021. Further renovation of upstairs took place November 2023. Grade 2 listed Converted Cottage, now a cute & cosy 1 bedroom, 1 bath maisonette tucked away down a quiet cobbled street in the heart of Brixham. Just a minutes walk to the Harbourside. Situated in gorgeous Brixham. Brixham has a beautiful marina, beaches and scenic walks. A great coastal seaside town with several independent restaurants, bars and shops.
