A pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi, questo accogliente cottage si trova di fronte a un allevamento di capre, con ingresso e cortile privati. Adatto ai disabili, con vialetto lastricato, ampie porte, doccia senza gradini e senza scale. Servizi moderni. Recinto per cani 16x80. Siediti sul portico, gioca in cortile, osserva i cavalli durante una passeggiata fino allo stagno (non visibile dal cottage). Il sentiero boschivo accessibile dallo stagno è a 1,2 km.
