Bellissima casa storica con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni, a pochi passi da negozi, bar/ristoranti e tutto ciò che il centro di Muscatine ha da offrire. Goditi una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Mississippi da diversi punti panoramici all'interno e all'esterno di questa casa. L'interno di 279 metri quadri offre molti posti per riunirsi e rilassarsi. Due delle camere da letto sono dotate di bagno completo interno. Le altre due camere condividono un bagno completo. I servizi aggiuntivi includono cucina completamente attrezzata, lavanderia, giochi, griglia e area intrattenimento all'aperto.

Ingresso privato con 93 metri quadrati di spazio, concetto aperto, cucina completa, TV, lavanderia, bagno privato, letteralmente nel bel mezzo di tutto. La Milk House è uno spazio unico situato in campagna, tra Iowa City e Kalona. Questa casa di 65 metri quadrati ha un ampio parcheggio e spazio per quattro adulti. La casa è ben arredata con una cucina completa, due lussuosi letti matrimoniali, wifi e Smart TV. Gli ospiti sono invitati a esplorare la nostra fattoria di 6 ettari con un sacco di bestiame e due cani amichevoli. È un mix perfetto di vita rurale con i vantaggi della bellissima Iowa City a 15 minuti di distanza. Rilassati alla Lucky Star Farm!

There's a traditional front porch and covered deck/porch out back as well great for work groups. Alley parking and front street parking with room for a trailer or larger trucks. Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for MVP fair week, Bix, Farmers Market, River Bandits, Credit Island visit, and much more. There are 3 bdrms & 2 baths!

Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a romantic getaway this house has everything you need for a wonderful time!
