Hocking Perth - Spacious 4 bedroom home

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. Please note that sleeping accommodation will be available for the number of booked guests.

Our ‘treehouse’ sits on the ridge in the famous wine region of the Swan Valley, a 45-minute drive from Perth and thirty mins from the airport. Sip champagne from the hot-tub and look down the coastal plains! Views from our 'jetty' look down across the valley to the Coastal Plains, often You will see Kangaroos and other Fauna. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.
