Il nostro alloggio è un ottimo campo base. I migliori sentieri e la neve profonda sono vicini come il cortile anteriore. Per non parlare del fatto che il sentiero n. 3 Bill Nicholls (uno dei migliori del Michigan) è proprio dall'altra parte della strada! Ideale per fantastiche escursioni in fuoristrada e in motoslitta in tutte le direzioni. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche ristoranti, bar e 2 stazioni di servizio/minimarket.

Questo chalet si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi (o a pochi passi) dal bar e dal ristorante. La baita 5 ha meno di 2 anni, con mobili nuovi e una splendida vista tutto l'anno. La baita dispone di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno completo con doccia e divano letto a grandezza naturale con materasso ad aria. L'angolo cottura è dotato di frigorifero, forno a microonde e macchina del caffè. Filtri per caffè e caffè inclusi. Un sacco di parcheggio per camion e roulotte. Accesso immediato ai sentieri. Pricing is per bedroom; $144/night for 1 bedroom accommodating 1-2 guests. Additional $87/night for a second bedroom for 3-4 guests. A Tax of approximately 6% is added to this pricing. Located on a dead-end gravel road, 1.5 miles to hard surface road. There is a house behind the cottage where one person lives. Construction completed in 2020, has a deck, a 2-acre pond, 15 acres cleared, woods to wander in, walking distance to Otter River, 19 miles to Houghton, 13 miles to Baraga on Lake Superior.

Two bedrooms, each bedroom having a double bed. As well as a sunroom with a beautiful view of the back yard. It is the perfect location right in between the Porcupine Mountains to the west and the Keweenaw Peninsula to the north. To the south is beautiful Bond Falls. Come enjoy our beautiful U.P. There is so much to see and explore.

The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer. *Please note that the entry is on the basement level and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.
