Casa duplex ben tenuta con ampio vialetto privato e patio sul retro. Nessuna condivisione! Nuova vernice dappertutto, pavimenti in laminato pulito nella cucina e nella cucina. Ampia cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i grandi elettrodomestici e tutti i piccoli prodotti. Perfetta unità al primo piano con soli 5 gradini per entrare nell'edificio e senza gradini all'interno. Nuovi letti/materassi a due piazze in entrambe le camere da letto. Il parcheggio privato è fornito in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Manca solo te!

We sit 35 minutes north of the Ark Encounter and 20 minutes east of the Creation Museum. We are also 20 minutes south of Cincinnati Ohio and approximately 14 minutes east of CVG Airport. This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pool closes Sept 20th! Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for a fee.

Relax and enjoy time away in a modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,200 square feet.
