Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. Impressum Aglaja Schott Gütlingstr. 18b 14167 Berlin Our space is truly unique because it offers our guests to experience art while living in Berlin's popular district Mitte. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Terasse in nähe des bhf

Ich biete Euch meine kleine FeWo in einer Doppelhaushälfte im ruhigen Nauen an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, ca.900m vom Bahnhof Nauen entfernt. Berlin BhfZoo ist schnell zu erreichen(25min).Das Havelland mit ihren geschichtsträchtigen Orten, zahlreichen Wasserwegen laden ganz besonders zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Für Motorradfahrer steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.Die Altstadt ist 1,2km entfernt. 10% meiner Einnahmen werden für einen guten Zweck gespendet.Ich freue mich auf Euch

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Spacious attic apartment with great terrace for relaxing in the government district in Berlin Mitte. Centrally located and quiet. Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. The other one in a separat bedroom.

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
