Storica, unica, raffinata e serena: la casa di Edward Tyler, del 1783 circa, è una baita in pietra a 20 minuti a sud-est di Louisville, in una tenuta di 5 ettari. Vicino al famoso Bourbon Trail, l'alloggio include una cabina completa e un portico con ampio schermo che si affaccia sul laghetto con fontana. Il primo piano ha un soggiorno/sala da pranzo/cucina con un piccolo divano letto e camino in pietra (a gas); letto matrimoniale e bagno completo al secondo piano. Arredi d'epoca americani ed europei e opere d'arte ti danno il benvenuto in una casa completamente rinnovata con HVAC centralizzato.

Sono stati aggiunti tocchi speciali con foto del Kentucky Derby, libri, utensili da cucina, bicchieri del Bourbon Trail e teste di botti di bourbon con distillerie locali. Il piano del tavolo da pranzo è persino realizzato in legno proveniente dalla Bulleit Distilling Company della contea di Shelby.

The fire pit is located in the back yard ready for you or you can use the gas fire pit just steps from the hot tub. The hot tub is ready for guests with a view of stars!
