Cute open concept, 1 bedroom, 1 bath house with full kitchen, eating area, living room, and daybed with trundle in the main area. New mattress in bedroom! Located in the woods across from Pals Brewing Company. Please Note: The yard is being worked on we have a lot of dead trees to remove. A bit of a mess. Construction on site at other house.

Welcome to this lovely home, which retains elements of it's nearly 100-year-old history. It is located in a quiet residential area with a comfy living room where you can relax after long hours of driving. High-speed Internet is equipped for everyone to utilize. And a washing machine and a dryer are provided in the basement. Additional pillows and blankets are provided as well. It's very close to downtown, only takes about 3-5 minutes to restaurants, banks and shopping centers.

The Balcony House Bungalow is located in the center part of the town of Imperial. Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, churches, Lavender Market Flower Shop and is just north of The Balcony House Bed and Breakfast which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
