Έχει ένα μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα-πλυντήριο ρούχων) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα καθώς και καφετιέρα . Διαθέτει ένα μικρο αλλά άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δασάκι της περιοχής .

Lovely and comfortable one space apartment (46 sqm), furnished in 2021, ideal to host up to 4 people. The 4km beach is just across the street. Along this beach, there is a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also a few supermarkets and water-sports. It has a front terrace with a sitting area to relax and enjoy a cocktail or a coffee, while gazing at the sea.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στη λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων, επί της Λεωφόρου Παπανδρέου και είναι διακοσμημένο με τα πιο καλόγουστα έπιπλα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι ένας χώρος που προσφέρει την απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει ο καναπές η τηλεόραση και η κουζίνα . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν διατίθεται ανελκυστήρας. Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.
