The upstairs apartment, with its private entrance, has expansive views of the ocean and the main island of Puerto Rico. The apartment boasts a fully furnished and workable kitchen, an open living area, a front porch overlooking the street, and a small bedroom where you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.
