Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The appartment is very bright and I hope you'll enjoy the sunny balcony, watching a film in the wall mounted TV and a nice sleep on hotel quality bed. You'll be able surrounded by my aquariums.

Ti divertirai molto in questa accogliente struttura. Vista sul lago e vista sul verde. Il collegamento con i mezzi pubblici è molto buono, in modo che soprattutto le città di Zurigo, Zugo e Lucerna siano facilmente raggiungibili. L'appartamento si trova in un bel quartiere e il lago è a due passi. Lì si trovano il Badi, un campo da beach volley e possibilità di allenamento. L'appartamento è arredato con materiali di alta qualità.

Certainly! Cozy 3-bedroom apartment in a quiet, beautiful location with stunning mountain views and scenic walks nearby. 10 minutes walk to the lake of Zürich. Direct train to Zürich Stadelhofen takes 11 Minutes and to the Zürich main station 14 minutes. The recently renovated kitchen comes with a brand-new dishwasher. Bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms provide ample space. Basement storage available. Welcome to Zürich!

Spacious modern flat, garden & lakeview!

Welcome to our stylish and spacious flat! It's fully equipped, comfortable, bright, silent and modern. We made most of the furniture ourselves, including lamps, tables, benches. It is nicely located in peaceful Männedorf, close to the lake, supermarket and the train station (all a 10 min walk) and a short train ride from Zurich (17min). We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!

Studio in country style

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator and microwave are available! NO stove or oven!

This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station.
