Lo spazio è progettato come un piccolo appartamento adiacente alla cantina. Il 1° piano ospita il soggiorno (con TV/cavo/Internet), un divano letto a due piazze, un piccolo angolo cottura, un bancone per la colazione e un bagno con doccia. Il 2° piano è la camera da letto principale con letto king-size e porte finestre che danno su una terrazza con vista sul vigneto.
