Accogliente e moderno, di nuova costruzione! Una terrazza sul tetto soleggiata privata con 2 sedie a sdraio e un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone! Bagno con doccia, vasca freestanding, grande isola cucina completamente attrezzata, letto king-size da 2,40 m e un divano letto estraibile da 1,80 m si trovano nel soggiorno aperto! Il WC e un ripostiglio sono stanze separate!

Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
