Kishauwau's Starved Rock Area Cabins - Dog Friendly (Mother-in-law) Family Cabin sleeps either 3 adults or a max. of 2 adults/2 kids

Friday & Saturday nights must be booked together for a weekend stay here. It will allow you to book it but we will not be able to accommodate as we just don't allow check ins or outs on Saturdays. Airbnb does not collect county taxes so guests will receive a funds request from us for that amount. Guests of Kishauwau's Starved Rock Area Cabins enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we offer. Roomy, well spaced cabins provide the privacy our guests are looking for. Here at Kishauwau it is a dogs haven so we do have some cabins to accommodate that. This cabin style offers a studio atmosphere with only the bathroom walled off separately. It has 1 queen sized bed and a separate fold out futon so may have either a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults/2 smaller kids. The bathroom has a standard bathtub/shower combination so you step into the tub to get a shower. Each cabin offers a full kitchen, central heating & air, covered porch with porch swing and personal outdoor bonfire pit with picnic table & grill. You must be okay with our dog policies as we are firm with those. Kishauwau Cabins reserves the right to ask for your dog to be boarded locally if they cause any issues. You are responsible for damages if any are caused by your dog during your stay. Any dog adds an additional $15 plus tax per night to the reservation cost.

Uncle Clyde’s Cabin

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great year round, whole house AC in the summer, heat and fireplace in the winter. Outdoor swings around a huge firepit. Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

Relax in a rural setting of 175 acres and enjoy the beautiful views over our 6 acre pond. Take a swim at a sandy beach, raft down our new 100 foot slip and slide, slide, and diving board. There is a wood dock for fishing and a concrete dock with large gazebo for sunbathing. Enjoy hiking paths, sit by the outdoor fire cook up some smores and watch the stars. Family gatherings of up to 25. Rain won't ruin your party! Plenty of room inside and in the garage with large tables and chairs.
