Armed with advanced gear, we’ll hit the banks of the Seine river—where local predator fish like perch, walleye, pike, and giant catfish love their “city” lifestyle. You’ll experience the thrill of the catch, and after a satisfying day of fishing, based on the catch-and-release philosophy, we’ll go to my favorite restaurant for a fish lunch and you’ll get to meet the chef.
