Learn how to make homemade pasta and pizza easily and successfully.
If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets.
There are variety of stles with and without eggs ( vegan pasta).
We will teach you to make ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle, we will teach you how to make pizza, calzoni, know the secrets of both how to prepare it and how to cook it.
The course will end with the preparation of Tiramisù.
After the course you can eat in our restaurant in front of a beautiful fireplace with a table customized for you.
After the meal you can relax in the living room by drinking our limoncello and give you our recipe to go home and make a good limoncello

If you want you can stay overnight and with a supplement we can go and get them where they are guests

We produce fresh pasta and wood-fired pizzas for our overnight guests and our guests at our restaurant, our mothers and our teachers have taught us to share with you all the secrets to work with flour and water and local products.
We are in an area where we produce oil, red wine, flours, Chianina meat.

Francesco & Patricia were lovely hosts. They understood and accommodated our vegan diet, and altered their recipes which were delicious and even provided vegan snacks for us on arrival. They took pictures to make sure, we'd have a record of the experience, so we could concentrate on cooking. They are really thoughtful and would definitely recommend to other Vegans or people with dietary requirements. Feel like we've learned a lot, we'll be making pasta at home this week. You'll be making and having so much food so make sure you arrive on an empty stomach Very clear and prompt communication via Whatsapp regarding any of our questions and even messaged us after to make sure we got home OK, which was really thoughtful.

This is the experience of a lifetime! It is hard to describe how wonderful this experience is! I have traveled extensively, and this is one of the top three experiences EVER! We were in contact many times before our visit, and Francesco and Patrizia truly tailored our visit--which was a celebration of our daughter's 23rd birthday and her graduation from grad school. They created an absolutely beautiful environment, complete with a surprise reveal--walking her into the beautifully decorated dining area blindfolded! She was crying, I was crying--it was truly amazing! She was presented with a beautiful laurel, as well as a handmade graduation hat. She was crying, I was crying--it was beautiful and emotional, and we created a forever family memory! All of this is just about the very last portion of our time together! Our experience began with us getting lost and Francesco driving to our location to guide us to the B&B! Definitely above and beyond service! We were then welcomed warmly by Francesco and Patrizia, and given a tour of the lovely B&B which was building circa 1780. We will definitely stay there during our next trip! It is beautiful!! During introductions, we learned about Francesco's extensive experience as a personal chef, including catering for movie sets! Omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, food sensitivities--he always makes sure everyone has a beautiful meal! He took time to learn about our cooking experience and interest, and he tailored our class and tasks to our interest and experience. We made the most delicious pasta (tagliatelle and several shapes of stuffed pasta--gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini). We learned so many techniques! Also, Francesco showed us how to make several sauces--all simple. He explained the importance of a few simple ingredients, showed me what to look for in selecting them. We learned about the types of flour, and made doughs with and without eggs, so we can distinguish the difference. I also learned the importance of kneading the dough--and how that impacts the final product! We made focaccia, and several types of pizza! It was all delicious. And calzone! How marvelous! We made two types of tiramisu--classic (with espresso) and one with a berry compote and strawberries. Both were divine! If it sounds like we made way too much food to eat--we did! Not only did we get our cooked leftover, we also left with a tray of uncooked pasta! We enjoyed the meal again the next day--everything heated up wonderfully! We were leaving the following day, so we left our host (we rented a vacation home) a gift of the fresh pasta we made--which we bagged and placed in the freezer. This was the most wonderful experience! We will post photos! We invited Francesco and Patrizio to contact us when they come to New York! We very much hope to see them here when they visit, and we will DEFINITELY stay with them when we return to Tuscany!

Der Kochkurs bei Francesco und Patricia war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und gaben uns direkt das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns alle sehr gut verstanden und viel gelacht, sowie viele Fotos und Videos gemacht. Die beiden stimmen den Inhalt des Kochkurs auf die Gäste ab und da wir nur zu zweit waren an dem Tag konnten wir einen genau auf uns abgestimmten Kochkurs genießen. Wir haben viel gelernt über die italienische Art Pizza und Pasta zuzubereiten und wurden anschließend von den beiden Gastgebern mit dem gekochten Essen bewirtet. Schade nur, dass man gar nicht so viel essen kann, wie man zubereitet. Das Anwesen und besonders der Garten ist auch sehr beeindruckend und so konnten wir zum Schluss noch ein wenig die Sonne bei Dessert und Espresso genießen.

We've had a fantastic day with Francesco and Patrizia! Come with an empty stomach - there will be plenty of food that you really won't want to miss. The location is amazing - huge grounds perfectly kept in shape (the road is gravel and quite bumpy, but it's so worth it ;) ) Our hosts were open, asked what we wanted to make and created a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Once done cooking the first course of pasta, they also took care of preparing the rest, so that we could eat without jumping back and forth. We would definitely recommend this experience, it'll be something special with such friendly people and well worth the price!

This experience was absolutely amazing! My new husband and I did it as part of our honeymoon. Francesca is a rock star when it comes to sauces and Patrizia is fabulous with pastas. They taught us how to make a simple pizza sauce, a rich meat sauce (can be used for pork, beef, or chicken) with subtle flavors, as well as the differences in flours to use for whichever type of pasta you would like to create. All of this was topped off with our very own handmade tiramisu! All in all, we made pizza, braised ribs in sauce, ravioli, gnocchi, focaccia rolls, and tiramisu. As a special treat, Francesco and Patrizia had built a fire in the fireplace and set a special honeymoon table for us to enjoy. It was one of the highlights of our honeymoon!
