Cosa farete

1/ PRE-SESSION: At the time of booking, I will send you an information package for you to answer a few questions about yourself and your health and wellness goals.
2/WELCOME: When you arrive at my place, I will welcome you with some tea and a snack.
3/YOGA: We will do a one hour yoga class, designed especially for you. From this class, I will teach you a few specific poses you can take home and do every day. Your very own yoga programme.
4/COACHING: We will then have a wellness coaching session. We will discuss how you want to feel, and design a program to make that happen. The key is that we will focus on one or two small changes, and the practice we have designed for you that can make a lasting change in your life for the better.
example:
You find yourself often sluggish at work and don't do anything when you get home. Through coaching we realize, you want to get more sleep and have more energy, so you can be more focused at work and have energy when you get home.
Your program looks like:
-healthy, early dinner
-bed early, without phone or TV.
-wake 20 mins early to do your yoga.
-take a 15 minute walk after lunch at work
5/ PRACTICE: you leave with a tool kit for success!

This is a custom wellness coaching experience. You discover your wellness goals and I design practices and a program for you. It doesn't happen overnight, you need to do the work, I am here to support

This experience takes place is my country home. I find this location close to Nature, with lots of space and filled with supplies like yoga props, books, art supplies, and cookbooks, helps people relax and open up to their own wisdom. Depending on weather we may be inside or outside.
