Perfettamente situato a pochi passi dal campus MIU, da tutti e da sentieri, il nostro chalet accogliente e ben arredato, esposto a est, ti farà iniziare ogni giornata con un sorriso sul viso. Dotata di parcheggio fuori strada, questa casa a un piano dispone di cucina completamente attrezzata e lavanderia con asse da stiro dedicata. Perfetto per soggiorni brevi o lunghi. La casa è ristrutturata ma vecchia, con pavimenti irregolari e lavori di finitura imperfetti.
