Al secondo livello, due letti matrimoniali e un piccolo balcone. Confina con chilometri di sentieri e foreste, ricche di fauna selvatica. A meno di 5 minuti di auto da un sentiero lungo il fiume Sandy, dove è possibile fare una nuotata rinfrescante.

Casa con tre camere da letto ristrutturata con cura, di fronte al Senior Drive del Colby College. Mio nonno ha costruito la nostra casa negli anni '40; abbiamo fatto tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione da soli per creare spazi aperti e invitanti con tocchi unici, pur mantenendo la struttura originale. La nostra casa è un lavoro di amore che speriamo TU possa apprezzare. *Animali domestici ammessi con preavviso e supplemento di 50 $*

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv/Apple TV. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .
