There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. Sjarmerende og romslig hus i rolig blindvei, kun 8–10 minutters gange fra Lillehammer sentrum og Maihaugen. Huset har 5 soverom og passer godt for familier, vennegrupper og arbeidsreisende på opptil 8 gjester. Den store hagen med Maihaugbekken, to terrasser, peis, kunst og persiske tepper gir huset en varm og unik atmosfære. Bokhyllene inneholder en stor samling lokalhistorie om Lillehammer og Gudbrandsdalen. Egen parkering for opptil 3 biler.

Sommerfjøset at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.
