Modern country house with large garden and animal backyard ideal for a break from the city movement. The coldest days invite to a evening by the fireplace where you can get cosy and watch the fire dance as the wood burns. It is a quiet place with a good neighborhood. The historic center of Viana do Castelo is a 10 minutes drive as well as several beaches such as Cabedelo beach, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddle. A poucos minutos de Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Esposende ou da mais antiga e milenar Vila de Portugal, (ponte de Lima), este espaço é também muito bom para famílias (com crianças). Rodeado de campos verdes e bosques com riachos tem também o Oceano Atlântico a cerca de 10 minutos, com praias fabulosas entre Esposende, Viana do castelo ou Moledo. The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
