Nature lovers can enjoy walks on the David Bellamy Honey Bee nature trail, woodlands, and picnic areas. Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness suite. Delicious meals and snacks are served in the restaurant, bar and café. Beautiful Norfolk beaches voted some of the best in England only a short drive away.

This 3/4 bedroom barn conversion is located in the beautiful town of Godmanchester where the River Great Ouse runs through. The barn is 2,912 square foot & consists of - 1 x Four Poster Super King Bed, tv, dressing table & wardrobes 1 x King Size Bed, tv-DVD use ONLY, dressing table 1 x 2 x single beds, wardrobes 1 x 2 x single beds/communal area, wardrobes 2 x shower room Kitchen Cloakroom Open plan lounge/dining area & games area with pool table, air hockey, table football & table tennis. This lovely, brand new, self catering lodge is set within 150 acres of beautifully landscaped and quiet grounds of the Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club. The leisure facilities on offer include - an indoor pool a sauna a steam room a well equipped gymnasium an 18 hole golf course The facilities are usually available at an additional charge payable at reception. Photo #17 is an example of the Swimming Pool Timetable. Please note that Family Swim sessions MUST be booked 1 week in advance.

Magdalene Lodge, Cambridge Country Club

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.

Cottage Farm Annexe

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks
