Enjoy nature in this 2 bedroom stilt house on Paradise Island surrounded by the Blackwater River- just a 30 minute drive to Gulf Beaches! Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

"Pensa-casa" Great Location - Entire house

Our "Pensa-casa" is located in the perfect area for relaxation and shopping! The home is located close to various shopping centers, great restaurants, the airport, and not far from to the beach. The backyard is great for families with children and pets! Dogs are welcome (with Pet Fee of $25 per pet), however we must be notified UPON booking. Unfortunately, because of allergies, cats are not allowed. Early check in or check out is available for $50 each.

Beach Barn 5min to Pcola Beach

Relax and Enjoy our charming Beach Barn home in Gulf Breeze, Florida; the perfect vacation base for Pensacola area exploration! You'll have the entire home to yourselves, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. This is the perfect spot to access everything the area offers; near famous beaches, parks, shopping, & eating. It's sparkling clean and super cute! Perfect for families or friends who want all the amenities: where Life's a Breeze!

Casey's Corner

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
