Newquay, Lusty Glaze.

Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

Homely 2-bedroom retreat, steps from the beach

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. The view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches only a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too, if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll soon forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre.
