Bring a tray of refreshing beverages to a screened-in porch with views of green grass and mature trees. Keep French doors open to let air flow throughout the house. Modern furniture works with vintage accent pieces to create a welcoming atmosphere. Permit # 2018070128 Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is family and group friendly. Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind. The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table. Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done. Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets. As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids! Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights! The entire home is yours and there is ample parking in the driveway. We live only a few minutes away, so we're never far if you need anything at all. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help! The house is in the Green Hills neighborhood, on a quiet non-through street. It's minutes from Vanderbilt University, 12 South, and Lipscomb University, and it's only 5 miles from downtown. The area is perfect for walks any time of day. The best way to get around Nashville is by driving. Our recommendation, if you don't have a car, is using ride-share services like Lyft or Uber. All you have to do is download the app, and within minutes you'll have fast and reliable transportation all around the city! For your safety, one outdoor surveillance camera is installed to monitor the driveway/back door.

Renovated Green Hills Apartment Ideally Located in the Heart of Nashville.

Slumber peacefully, thanks to white-noise machines and Sterns & Foster luxury mattresses in each bedroom, plus wide-screen TVs in each room. Designer floor, table, and pendant lighting are a particular feature here. Full range of coffee options from a Nespresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee and. French Press… we’ve got you covered, coffee lovers! The outside deck overlooks a beautiful treescape view with lots of privacy. Outside electrical plug available for charging a vehicle as well as availability at Lipscomb University across the street. Interstates close by as well as the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Can walk to: Get your favorite Starbucks drink, the best mall in the Nashville area (The Green Hills Mall). Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Donut Den (you will thank me later), any type of workout facility you need (Yoga, Cardio, Weights,). We live downstairs and are available if you need to recommendation, directions or anything else to make your stay in Nashville a good one. Stock up at Green Hills Mall, perhaps the best in all Nashville, complete with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Kroger. Also close are gyms and heath centers, plus the famous Bluebird Cafe. Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance.
